A practical exploration of Buddha’s teachings for daily  Four Class Series

What Buddha says … about creating happy relationships

Do your relationships sometimes hurt? Buddha taught that love is a true source of happiness, and cannot give rise to pain. Yet it is often in our closest relationships – with our parents, children and partners, for example – that we experience conflict and distress. We may end up angry, defensive and even fearful of closeness with others. This class series explores the source of such problems, and our potential to overcome them. Once we are free to love without fear, we can allow the healing power of our love to transform our relationships and our life – creating harmony instead of conflict, joy instead of pain.

Class (1) Happiness and suffering: where do they come from?

Class (2) What is love?

Class (3) I see the best in me: recognizing our own inner potential

Class (4)  I see the best in you: opening our eyes to the good in others

suggested class fee: $15
