Daily meditation prayers (pujas)
Buddhist daily meditation practice
The Centre holds regular sessions of chanted prayers, or pujas, which are often combined with meditation, visualization, and mantra recitation. Please call the Centre for current times for:
- Heart Jewel (HJ) Daily prayers
- Wishfulfilling Jewel (WFJ) with tsog*** offering
- Offering to the Spiritual Guide (OSG), 10th and 25th of each month with a tsog offering***
- Liberation from Sorrow (Tara Puja Prayers), 8th of the month, 'Tara Day'
- A Pure Life ('Precept Day')
- Melodious Drum/Kangso - Every 29th of the month is 'Protector Day' with a tsog offering***
*** tsog offering is a very special offering during certain pujas. If you like- you may bring any beautiful vegetarian food such as fruit, honey, jam, sweeties, bread, cake, cheese etc.. or non-alcoholic drink to add to the offerings when scheduled.
